**Position**:
The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace. As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities. **Project** Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead to a key project related to VM projects. **Job responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support institutional window set up and in-store VM changes
- Work on VM rotations from stock sampling to shop floor implementation
- Ensure VM standards in line with corporate VM guidelines
- Windows & VM photo reports
- Manage VM props and display tools: correct us, maintenance, inventory and orders
- Coordination of VM activities with VM Manager **Profile**:

- Previous professional experience in the same or similar position, preferably in international luxury retail Company will be considered a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Retail Design
- Good Excel and Power Point skills
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) experience
- Fluent in English,
fluency in Italian will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Continuous improvement oriented, open minded & team player

**MAISON***: - The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.
Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she is given the direction of Accessories and later of Menswear.
In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
