Day-to-day responsibilities: - Preparing and presenting the results of analysis carried out in a clear and concise manner
- Leading the preparation of proposals, pitches and presentations for current and potential clients
- Support to the Director in achieving annual assigned metrics, in terms of budget and gross margin
- Support to the Director in identifying new potential services Essential traits: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or Master’s degree in Real Estate Management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly
- Demonstrated strong personal integrity
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Commitment to obtain outstanding results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse teams and coordinating multiple professionals
- English Language proficiency
