**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Leadershis_
- Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Corporate
- Division in alignment with TEAM LEWIS's global objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within the corporate sector and drive new business initiatives
- Ensure the division delivers high-quality, innovative, and effective communication solutions
- Client Management_
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key corporate clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (media relations, crisis management, thought leadership, etc.)
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic planning sessions
- Team Leadership & Development_
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of PR and communications professionals
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Business Development_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand the agency's client base
- Financial & Operational Management_
- Set and manage divisional budgets,
ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and industry regulations **Skills & Qualifications**
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the Italian media landscape and corporate sector
- Proven track record in business development and client retention
- Proactive, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
