_YELLOWSQUARE is looking for a Customer Care & Sales Experiencer to join our awesome Sales and Customer Care team._
- If you're a people person who loves solving problems with a smile and keeping things smooth behind the scenes, this role is for you!_
- Based at our Rome HQ, you’ll be the connection point between our guests (B2C), partners (B2B), and all our Squares — making sure everyone experiences the full Yellow vibe, from first contact to check-out and beyond._
- **What You’ll Be Doing**_
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, tour operators, and travel agencies (B2B!)
- Keep communication flowing smoothly between all our Squares
- Coordinate with other departments to keep guests informed and happy
- **What You Bring**_
- 2-3 years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level) — extra languages are a big plus
- People skills and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using property management systems _(Clock), OTA extranets, CRMs and Google Workspace._ A nice plus if you are familiar with channel managers.




- Great at working in a team but also independent when needed
- Available full-time from our Rome HQ (with 1 remote day per week)

- Full-time contract - 4th level CCNL Turismo (€23.249,66 gross/year)40 hours/week on a rotating Monday-Sunday schedule
