- Strong knowledge of Bologna’s history, landmarks, and local culture
- Fluent in at least one of the following: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Great communication and people skills




- Comfortable guiding small-group experiences of 3 to 8 hours
