Our client is a leading international project management consultancy specialising in the delivery of world-class sports stadiums, entertainment venues and major capital projects. Having successfully delivered over $50 billion of projects globally, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious new stadium development in Milan.

Acting as the Client's Representative, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this landmark project, managing the programme from design through construction, commissioning and final handover. Working closely with the client, design consultants and contractors, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of a major stadium project on behalf of the client from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities and risk registers.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor construction progress, programme performance and project quality.




- Manage procurement of client-direct packages, specialist equipment and long-lead items.
- Coordinate project change management, RFIs, technical queries and design development.
- Support testing, commissioning, practical completion and project handover.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders and the client.
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained throughout the project. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects.
- Previous experience on stadiums, sports venues, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure or other large-scale developments.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, procurement, programme management and contract administration.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts and construction programmes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Experience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment is advantageous.
- Willingness to be based in Milan for the duration of the project. xkiyazw Package
