We are currently searching for a PMO to support a client of ours in Northern Italy.

Start Date: September 2026

Duration: 6+ Month initial contract with long term extensions possible

Location: Hybrid – remote with flexibility to be onsite in Milan 2 - 3 times days per week

Languages: English and Italian speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

- Support the client’s Program Manager with the overall coordination and management of the program
- Previous experience working in a PMO role
- SAP knowledge is required
- Management of vertical solutions
- Management and coordination of third-party vendors
- Support Partner Selection activities
- Support across program activities, including coordination, tracking, reporting and follow-up
- Strong communication skills
