You will join the Retail Customer Operations team, reporting to the Retail Administration Senior Manager. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and designing administrative workflows for the retail network;
- Functionally coordinating a team of key roles within Retail Customer Operations;
- Acting as a high-level Project Manager, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project deadlines;
- Driving innovation and promoting best practices related to the workflows under analysis. **Requisiti**:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role and bring with you: - Proven expertise in Back Office and Accounting activities;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Master Data Management systems;
- Full proficiency in both Italian and English,



spoken and written;
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills;
- Team management capabilities and solid organizational skills;
- Previous involvement in complex implementation projects of management systems in the Back Office to Accounting area. **Altre informazioni**:
