We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you’ll work within a large-scale, fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit team of highly qualified CRAs to identify, select, initiate and close-out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II - IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP. The role: - Independent, proactive work to set up and monitor studies, complete reports and maintain documentation
- Submitting protocol, consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, as well as preparing regulatory submissions
- Balancing sponsor generated queries
- Taking responsibility for study cost efficiency
- Preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals You will need: - Laurea Triennale and Laurea Magistrale in a relevant field such as biotechnology, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research -related specializations for example.
- 1-2 years experience as an independent Clinical Research Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity,



and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment.
