- High school diploma required. **Experience**
- Minimum of 2 Years in a manufacturing role.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
