Activities include
- Manage and maintain the HSE documentation for Kardex Italia personnel




- Oversee corporate health surveillance in collaboration with the company doctor and HR
- Manage clients and suppliers, sharing the necessary HSE documentation for installation and maintenance activities
- Update and archive HSE and Quality documentation
- Support certification bodies during Quality Verification Audits (ISO9001)
- Perform general group purchase order entry activities (e.g., office supplies, stationery, etc.) for suppliers in the SAP management system
- Backup for Kardex Projects Offer/Order Handling **Your profile** This is a maternity leave position, fixed term contract.
