Professional Voice Actor – Italian (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced Italian-language voice actors to record expressive, professional-grade audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, more human, and more authentically Italian.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a quality microphone, and a passion for performance.

- Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do

- Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts

- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall flow

- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs

- Review and suggest adjustments to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery

- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or related performance-based audio work





- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery

- Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space

- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones

- Naturally attentive to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, clarity, and pronunciation

Nice to Have

- Experience recording across multiple Italian dialects or regional accents

- Background in broadcast, dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over work

- Familiarity with DAW software or professional audio production workflows

- Prior experience evaluating or annotating audio content
