**+Area Sales Manager (EMEA, EAST EUROPE and CENTRAL EUROPE)** We are a manufacturing company offering engineering and production of optics, reflectors and optoelectronic components. Our Organization is efficient and innovation-oriented, guaranteeing reliable products and personalized customer support.
Headquarter and Production are in Milan area. To strengthen our sales division, we are currently seeking the following: Area Sales Manager (EMEA, EAST EUROPE and CENTRAL EUROPE). **Your role**:
∙ Manage and develop sales activities throughout EMEA;
∙ Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting and on-site visits to present the product range;
∙ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers by conducting market analyses, cross-selling activities, and customized marketing strategies;
∙ Develop and manage commercial offers via CRM;
∙ Collaborate daily with the technical team to request technical and commercial offers;




∙ Participate in international trade fairs to promote products and consolidate the sales network;
∙ Visit foreign Customers sites for sales meetings and technical discussions (60% of total time). **What You need to succeed**:
∙ Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronic, lighting and optoelectronic sector;
∙ Excellent English; other languages are welcome;
∙ Ability to adapt quickly and work dynamically and strategically. Salary package & Benefits commensurate with experience. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €90.000,00 all'anno Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale
