Corporate Financial Controller

We’re looking for a mid-level Corporate Controller to join a fast-paced and international environment within the fashion and retail sector. This role offers broad exposure to financial processes across various business areas and the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making. Key responsibilities
- Overseeing OPEX and CAPEX planning cycles (budget, forecasts, 3-year plan), with variance analysis
- Managing monthly closings in line with group reporting deadlines
- Collaborating closely with local and international accounting teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Creating dashboards and financial tools to monitor KPIs
- Preparing detailed monthly reports by department and cost category
- Supporting departments with ad hoc analysis and recommendations
- Identifying areas for cost savings and process improvement
- Actively participating in ongoing cross-functional projects
- 3-4 years of experience in Controlling,



FP&A;, or Audit (ideally within fashion, retail, or manufacturing)
- Proven knowledge of budgeting, revenue/cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently after short onboarding
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Conditions
