Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs.
- Analyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, T&Cs;, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions).
- Support negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Manage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases.
- Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly.
- Monitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization.
- Define and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues.
- Maintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a safe working environment

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree
- at least 4 years of experience in Procurement




- Experience in engineering, energy, or EPC/project-based environments
- Both Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong accountability
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time (company sites and suppliers)
