Our 4 star property, part of the prestigious **Trademark Collection by Wyndham**brand, is looking for a results-driven and proactive **Sales Manager** to join our commercial team and support the property’s growth in the corporate, and leisure segments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio across corporate, agency, DMC, and MICE channels.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and drive direct revenue.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager and General Manager to align on business goals and strategic direction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and produce regular sales reports and forecasts. **Requirements**: - Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in international or branded environments.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a clear sales mindset.




- Fluent in **Italian and English**; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
