**Essential Job Functions**: - Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with program management team members and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns.
- Support budget management and resource allocation efforts.
- Prepare and update program status reports and metrics.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential program risks.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure it is up to date.
- Help monitor and maintain the quality of program deliverables. **Basic Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in program and project management
- Proficiencies in program planning,



execution, and team leadership
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology **Other Qualifications**: - An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
