As a trusted distributor and value-added partner, we work closely with Dell Technologies and our extensive partner ecosystem to drive innovation, profitability, and business growth.Your RoleAs a Presales – Dell Technologies, you will be the technical reference point for Dell Infrastructure solutions, supporting partners and internal sales teams in designing, positioning and delivering value-added solutions.Your primary focus will be on Server and Networking technologies, while actively promoting cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's broader portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with sales, vendor and partner teams to drive business growth through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical presales support for Dell Technologies solutions, with a focus on Server and Networking.Design, size,
and position infrastructure solutions based on customer and partner requirements.Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.Promote cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's infrastructure portfolio.Work closely with Dell Technologies and partners to develop solution-led opportunities.Support the creation of proposals, BOMs, technical documentation, and solution architectures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dell technologies, certifications, and market trends.Assist partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to solution positioning. Pay TransparencyIngram Micro is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation practices, in line with applicable EU and Italian regulations, including Directive (EU) 2023/970 and D.Lgs.
