We are looking for a passionate Platform Engineer to join our Team in Milan and help us build scalable, secure and developer-friendly cloud platforms.

Required Skills Dev Ops mindset. You are passionate about improving software delivery, automation and developer experience. You have at least 3 years of experience as a Dev Ops Engineer (or similar role) and a previous background in software development.

Automation first. You have strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab CI, Argo CD, Jenkins or equivalent solutions. Cloud expertise. You have hands-on experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

Cloud certifications are considered a plus. Infrastructure as Code. You are confident provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent Ia C tools. Containers & Orchestration. You have solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including production deployments and troubleshooting.





Backend development skills (mandatory). You have working knowledge of at least one backend technology stack, choosing between: Node.js (Java Script/Type Script) Java (Spring Boot or equivalent) You are comfortable reading, debugging and contributing to backend services when needed. AI-assisted Engineering.

You are familiar with modern AI coding assistants (Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini or similar) and know how to use them effectively to: accelerate infrastructure provisioning; generate Infrastructure as Code; support software development; troubleshoot production issues; automate repetitive engineering tasks. Problem solving. You enjoy troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying root causes across applications, infrastructure and networking.

Linux proficiency. You have strong knowledge of Linux-based environments. English. You are proficient in written English and comfortable communicating in spoken English. Nice to Have Experience with Git Ops practices.

Experience with Docker Swarm.

Experience with ECS.

Experience with Traefik, Nginx or Apache.

Experience with Helm.

Experience with Elastic Stack, Open Search or similar observability platforms.

Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and modern monitoring solutions.

Experience with security best practices (Secrets Management, IAM, container security, vulnerability scanning).

Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.

What You Will Do Design, build and evolve modern cloud-native platforms supporting enterprise applications. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops workflows and Infrastructure as Code.
