We provide Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighting (FF) Offshore and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO). **About the Role** Support Bid Manager and HEMS Commercial Manager in bids and contracts management, respectively. Growth in the role by demonstrating increasing autonomy and accountability. **Responsibilities** **Bids management**: - Monitor regularly market surveys and bids publishing
- Ensure timely share of bids documentation with key stakeholders
- Support Bid Manager in Bids meetings (e.g. Kick-Off, Daily Check-in, Governance) preparation




- Produce Bid Competitiveness analysis and Economics with key stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Bid package (administrative, technical and economic documents) **Contracts management**: - Ensure contracts requirements are timely and properly shared and understood by key stakeholders
- Support HEMS Commercial Manager in holding and continuously improving Customer's relationship
- Track record Contracts performance (e.g. economics, operational) by use of KPI's
- Support Contracts performance continuous improvement by planning and control actions in accordance with Project management standards
- Produce Contract periodic and ad hoc reports **Qualifications**
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics.
- Spoken and reading English **Required Skills**: - 4-5 years' experience preferably in Aviation **Preferred Skills**
- Experience in bids and contracts management
- Strong analytical skills
