We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!Role overview: Provide onsite support for OT and automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, communication modules, and related industrial control systems.
The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, system recovery, patching, backups, and compliant change execution in line with site QMS and GAMP 5 requirements.
Responsibilities Support OT systems, incidents, service requests, and change management activities Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issues Work with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, Win CC, Step 7, Step 5 Support Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructure Support Beckhoff automation systems (optional)Support Delta V systems and automation components (optional)Analyze PLC CPU and communication diagnostics Resolve software, firmware, configuration, and communication issues Perform firmware, memory, and module health checks Support OT patching, firmware upgrades,
and software updates Restore system communication and perform recovery actions Support PLC programming modifications and control logic adjustments Configure and maintain HMI/SCADA applications Participate in commissioning, FAT, SAT, and validation activities Support automation projects, upgrades, and system integrations Trace I/O and field signals using E&I; drawings and technical documentation Perform OT backups, restore procedures, and disaster recovery support Maintain validated system baselines and technical documentation Execute and document changes according to QMS/GAMP 5 procedures Coordinate with Engineering, Automation, IT, Production, Quality, OEMs, and vendors Support OT cybersecurity, access control, and system hardening activities Requirements Experience with OT, industrial automation, or control systems environments Strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Win CC, and Step 7 Experience with Step 5, Beckhoff, or Delta V is an advantage Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC, PI, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Profibus Understanding of PLC CPUs, I/O modules, firmware, and diagnostics Experience with OT patching, backups, restore procedures, and change control Ability to read E&I; drawings, loop diagrams, I/O lists, and network diagrams Experience in GMP/Gx P or validated environments Understanding of GAMP 5 and QMS processes Familiarity with OT cybersecurity concepts Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Ability to support production-critical systems onsite Benefits Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects Flexible working conditions Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)Fishing for Friends program – our referral program Refreshments in the D-ploy office Further development and professional advancement Friendly and international working environment Company-sponsored events Is IT in your DNA?Job Summary ID: 0 B90 C41 A57 Department: IT/OTType: tempo pieno
