**Job description**:

- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide. **Your missions**: - Provide specialist consultancy, guidance, and end-to-end support in **VDI** products.
- Recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and service delivery through technology.
- Liaise with suppliers, driving functional, technical, and process improvements.
- Coordinate and oversee initiatives within the product team related to VDI sustain and product evolution.
- Ensure product compliance with internal standards and policies.




- Provide expert guidance to the support team for **incident resolution**.
- Support strategic decisions with periodical and on-demand reporting.
- Drive and monitor product security hardening and automation through scripting. **Your profile**: - Experience with **Citrix** Virtual App and Desktop / DaaS (7.0 and above).
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory, OS technologies, and profile management best practices.
- Good understanding of Windows **Active Directory Domains**, Group Policy, Antivirus, DHCP, DNS, WINS.
- Experience with Cloud Solutions (**Citrix Cloud** / Azure is a plus).
- Knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.
- Understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and ability to contribute to Agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical expertise.
- **Fluent English**. Italian is a plus.
