You will be part of the QHSE team and will be involved in supporting the QHSE coordinator in the following activities: - Managing all HSE aspects of the construction site both in Italy and abroad, starting with: - Preparing documentation to satisfy the professional technical verification of our employees and subcontractors
- Analyzing Safety and Coordination Plans and/or Interference Risk Assessment Documents
- Preparing Tenova's Operational Plans and analyzing and evaluating Subcontractors' Operational Safety Plans
- Conducting Inspections and Audits on Site
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective measures to prevent similar events from recurring.
- Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and recommend corrective action plans.
- Monitor, inspect, and evaluate hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and pollution control equipment.
- Oversee emergency response plans and coordinate fire prevention activities.

- Monitor compliance with local and state regulations related to health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
- Maintain records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental programs. Required profile: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar fields;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
