We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist - Intern, who will have the opportunity to learn how to conduct effective remote support on applicative, hardware and IT-related issues.
With her/his tutor,
she/he will be able to navigate complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system, supporting customer needs. In addition, at the end of the training process, he/she will be able to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions, communicate openly and create empathy with customers and colleagues.
This is a temporary position.
This is an on-site role requiring regular physical presence in the office; while we offer flexibility, candidates should enjoy working in an office environment.
