Information Technology Project Manager IV
In this role, you lead high-impact technology projects that help keep APS systems reliable, innovative, and ready for the future. By guiding complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, you ensure critical solutions are delivered on time and within budget—supporting the safe, efficient delivery of power to Arizona communities. Your leadership helps reduce risk, enable innovation, and improve how APS serves its customers every day.
What Your Day Would Be Like:
- Lead large, complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and results
- Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive progress and solve challenges
- Develop and maintain execution plans that balance scope, schedule, cost, and risk
- Oversee project teams (including other Project Managers) to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Manage multi-year or fast-paced initiatives that involve innovative or high-risk technologies
- Communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key partners
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects with significant scope, budget, or risk
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities, compressed timelines, and evolving project demands
- Skilled in coordinating with vendors and overseeing contractual deliverables
- Strategic thinker who can develop comprehensive execution plans and drive results
- Clear communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams

- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
