Role Description The OPERATIVO EXPORT AEREO is a full-time, on-site role based in Pioltello. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day air export operations, including preparing and checking shipping and export documentation, coordinating bookings with airlines, and ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations. The position involves monitoring shipment status, managing timelines, and addressing any operational issues that may arise to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

The role also includes direct interaction with customers and internal teams to provide updates, resolve inquiries, and maintain high service standards. Collaboration with other departments and external partners is essential to optimize processes and support overall logistics performance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Export Documentation and procedures for air freight operations.





Experience in Export and Import Export activities, including coordination with carriers and logistics partners.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and internal collaboration.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Proficiency with logistics and shipment management systems; basic MS Office skills.

Good command of Italian; working knowledge of English for international communication.

Understanding of customs regulations and international trade rules is highly beneficial.

Previous experience in air freight operations or international logistics; relevant vocational or technical qualification is a plus.
