**Job Title**: Tour Manager / Tour Facilitator

- Madrin > Milan **Responsibilities**: - Accompany and assist Filipino tourists throughout the full itinerary.
- Ensure smooth travel arrangements, including coordination with local transport, hotels, and attractions.
- Provide support with check-ins, entrance tickets, and group coordination during tours and activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Assist with translations, cultural insights, and local guidance when needed.
- Uphold the company’s standards of excellent customer service, safety, and professionalism. **Qualifications**:



- Prior experience as a Tour Manager, Tour Facilitator, or in a similar role.
- Experience handling or assisting Filipino tourists is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle group coordination with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of European destinations, especially France, Switzerland, and Italy, is preferred.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to handle unexpected travel changes. **Compensation & Inclusions**: - Company-covered **accommodation, entrance fees, and transportation** throughout the tour.
- **Transportation expenses** from the facilitator’s point of origin and back home will also be fully covered. **Job Type**: Contract Pay: €250.00 per day
