Your Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality to drive our expansion into new markets as an OpCo Founder. As OpCo Founder, you will take full responsibility for building and leading SmartLandlord in Italy.

You're not just an employee – you're a founder.

What Awaits You

- Building and leading the local SmartLandlord entity (OpCo)
- Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for your market
- Building local partnerships and customer relationships
- Recruiting and leading your own team
- Full P&L; responsibility for your region
- Direct collaboration with the founding team

What You Bring

- Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience
- Deep understanding of the Italian real estate market




- Proven track record in building businesses and teams
- Strong network in the real estate or PropTech industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take risks and invest equity capital
- Fluent English
