Your Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality to drive our expansion into new markets as an OpCo Founder . As OpCo Founder, you will take full responsibility for building and leading SmartLandlord in Italy.

You're not just an employee – you're a founder.

What Awaits You

- Building and leading the local SmartLandlord entity (OpCo)
- Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for your market
- Building local partnerships and customer relationships
- Recruiting and leading your own team
- Full P&L; responsibility for your region
- Direct collaboration with the founding team

What You Bring:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience
- Deep understanding of the Italian real estate market




- Proven track record in building businesses and teams
- Strong network in the real estate or PropTech industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take risks and invest equity capital
- Fluent English
