Key Responsibilities
Manage Functional, Integration, Accessibility, Compatibility, Regression testing activities at program/tribe level
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure test coverage of business-critical and regulatory scenarios
Oversee test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Ensure traceability of test cases to business and regulatory requirements and for audit, Sox, Risk controls
Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issues
Prepare and present test metrics, risk assessments, and quality reports to senior stakeholders
Coordinate with external vendors and third-party systems for end-to-end testing
Ensure testing processes comply with internal audit and external regulatory standards
Develop a team of internal and external test engineers **Qualifications**:
Degree in STEM or higher
8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in as test manager role.
Proven experience in banking or financial services domain
English C1 level
ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Level certification or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Experience with test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps Test Plan)
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with testing APIs, microservices, cloud-based banking platforms
Knowledge of business and operational processes of the bank
Manage teams and people
Build relationships and care network management
