- Requisition ID #: 1718 Trillium Flow Technologies, founded on a legacy of premier products and service, provides mission-critical valves, pumps, and aftermarket services in oil and gas, power generation, water and wastewater, and general industry, with an unparalleled focus on specific industry needs. **TPI GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM** The program will last 6 months and is divided into classroom training and on-the-job training. The objective of the Project: to train young graduates in engineering disciplines on the Company's main processes and activities, with the aim of hiring them in the Company with technical management roles, for example Inside Sales, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, EI&C; Engineer, Planner, Buyer, HSE Engineer, AfterMarket Engineer, Lean Specialist, etc. The training will cover both hard skills and soft skills. During the program the resources will be supported by an internal Mentor,
who will have the aim of following their growth within the Company. At the end of the program, employment in the company is expected. More information and details will be provided during the interview.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering disciplines (Mechanics, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Management, and/or similar);
- Good knowledge of English and Italian;
