- Management and control of daily balances
- Operational and procedural controls in order to ensure the correctness of processed transactions
- Operational support to Channels such as Call Center, Claims,HUB, etc.
- Management and control of suppliers with special focus on transparency
- Resolution of operational issues
- Support identification and monitoring of potential operational, non-compliance and reputational risks related to the business
- Management and supervision of operational incidents
- Drafting and maintenance of procedures, manuals, operating instructions
