For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a **Recruiter Intern**who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support all the Italian territory in recruiting profiles operating in the Life Science field **REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities (Communication Science, Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar)
- Previous experience as a Recruiter/HR generalist in agencies or head-hunting organizations will be considered a plus but it's not a mandatory requirement
- Strong interest and curiosity regarding the pharmaceutical world and its professional roles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
- Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends **WE OFFER**:
