Our Center of Excellence "Automation, Digital & Service Solutions" is looking for a **Solutions After Sales Manager**:
**YOU ACT**:
Key Responsibilities: - Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for long product rolling mills / flat product rolling (hot/cold).
- Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support.
- Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments.
- Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams.




- Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations.
- Oversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs. **YOU KNOW**: - Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical, Thermal, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications).
- Previous experience in technical-commercial back office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments.
- Mandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Preferred: Proficiency in an additional language.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP R/3 ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle a high volume of work.
