Digital &
• Automation team develops and manages the main digital touchpoints, including the mobile app as the primary channel for customer interaction, the public website and B2 B and B2 C customer areas, as well as ecosystems for self-service, sales, and engagement. At the center of this landscape stands the new E. ON App, which represents the cornerstone of the company's digital strategy in Italy: it acts as the key touchpoint to enable customer relationships, accelerate self-service adoption, enhance the user experience, and unlock new commercial opportunities, including those driven by AI and personalization. Within this context, we are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to the development and continuous evolution of the E. ON App, working on a product used by hundreds of thousands of users. Beyond hands-on development, the role also includes a strong tech leadership component, with responsibility for defining software development guidelines, promoting engineering best practices, and providing technical direction to external vendor teams to ensure high quality, architectural consistency,
and scalable growth of the solution. Close and ongoing collaboration with central teams across Germany and other European regions is also an integral part of the role, making a solid command of English essential. Your Field of Play Mobile Development Develop mobile interfaces using React Native &
