- The Country Manager will be responsible for: - Capturing project opportunities and developing commercial relationships with Italian clients in industries such as railways, aircraft, transportation, naval, space, automotive, energy, and defense
- Managing project implementation and ensuring delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budgets
- Recruiting, selecting, and managing the human resources needed for projects
- Ensuring administrative management of the office, including updating databases and managing customer relationships
- Promoting the company through professional events and workshops, adapting the company's reference database to the local market, and updating the company website to increase impact
- Delivering awarded projects in person to meet contractual schedules
- Acting as project interface with the customer and monitoring internal contract performance, including on-time, cost, and quality deliveries -**02**

- Requirements
- Fluency in French is required
- Engineering academic background and experience in project execution in the company's business areas
- Commercial skills to develop and implement sales strategies
- Management skills to attract, select,



and appoint skilled labor for projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
