Based in Ronchi dei Legionari, we are searching for a talented and courageous quality specialist.**Work Experience & Education Requirements**-
- **What will you be doing in this role?** Following the main responsibilities: - Manage customer complaints: receive, analyze, respond, and follow up.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.).
- Monitor customer quality indicators (PPM, complaints, scorecards).
- Act as the main point of contact for customer quality-related matters.
- Support customer audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics to ensure product compliance.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and update quality documentation (control plans, FMEA, etc.).
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
- record reports from the market;
- analyzing non-conformities and customer requests;
- identify and implement containment, corrective and improvement actions;
- provide customer support with rapid responses and solutions to problems arising on site;




- provide customer support on a documental level in quality matters;
- transferring the ‘product quality’ culture to company personnel;
- participate in the review of documentation related to validation/qualification activities;
- receive and adopt the objectives set by the Quality Manager and company management;
- manage customer return documentation independently;
- organize the analysis of non-conforming products;
- draw up analysis reports;
- take part in customer audits and audits by certification bodies;
- support operational activities on a daily basis in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements;
- participate in meetings and manage/review customer requirements;
- update and monitor key kpi;
- Technical Sheets for Shell and Tubes products
- WPS, WPQ, WPQR, MODEL PED
- Measurements tools
- Quality certification
- Experience required in shell and tubes field.
