We're looking for a MATERIAL PLANNERPurpose of the Job To secure the material delivery from suppliers byliasingon a daily basisthe projectplanning teams(Industrial Planning and Pr IDM),Sourcing Department (when it's required) andSuppliers. Hehas toleadthe relationship with Suppliers assigned with the aims of ensuring thematerial deliveries on time and in full as scheduled by purchase orders and of tracking the KPI ofthe main logistics service for production with the aims of ensuring the required cost and performance targets.

Main Missions To process purchase orders for production materials on the basis of the frame agreement with Suppliers To establish and to manage an proper relationship with main Suppliers to secure OTIF delivery commitmentsfor the production materials To manage the assigned suppliers.



To set material delivery planbased oncall-off methodology when it is requiredTo co-ordinatewithIndustrial Planning Teamaproper material delivery follow-up,detecting potential slippage and proposing corrective actions on assigned Supplier Objectives Ensure"OTD"targetof materialsfor production related to assigned Suppliers Keepthe materialdelivery schedule in line with material project requirements for the Suppliers assigned.KPIs Materialdeliveryperformancemeasurement accuracy(methodology in place)Basic reporting system to Industrial Planningfor material delivery follow up Effective reschedule of engaged purchase orders(keep low the number of expired purchase expired) for the Supplier assigned.

Responsibilities Expeditingpurchase ordersfor all the production materials related to assigned Suppliers Follow up and delivery rescheduling of assigned supplier and basic reporting to Industrial Planning Requirements University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Logistics Knowledge / Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar position English: fluent written and spoken Working knowledge of MRP and JIT system PC literate with experience of MS Excel Ability to read and include/understand technicaldocumentation Desirable working knowledge ofSAPKnowledge of Railway Electronics and Signalling equipment Salary Range 34.500 -45.900CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
