COIMA SGR is currently searching for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an intern in the Fund & Asset Management business unit.
The person will actively assist the team, participating in all the stages of the investment process; specifically, he/she will be expected to provide support in the following activities:
Fundraising and investor relationship;
Market research and financial analysis;
Investment analysis and due diligence process;
Preparing investment analysis documentation, including PowerPoint presentations;
Updating financial models and sensitivity analysis;
Definition of business plans and reporting of funds, both for internal and external use;
Developing and maintaining relationships with consultants and external professionals.
**What can you expect from this experience**:
Work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining insights into portfolio management, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making processes
Ability to manage and deal with real estate properties at 360°: purchase, renovation, rental and sale.
Developing transversal skills, both numerical/quantitative and relational
**Education and experience**:
Excellent academic background in finance, economics or engineering
Experience within investment banking or top consulting firms about green infrastructures will be considered a plus.

**Education**: Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, or Management.
**Analytical Skills**:



Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.
**Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial modelling software and real estate databases is a plus.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in English, spoken and written is mandatory.
**Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
**Passion for Real Estate**: Demonstrated interest in real estate investment and markets. Previous internship or coursework in real estate is advantageous.
A previous short experience within private equity or consulting firms will be considered a plus.
**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Basic financial modeling knowledge
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
