You’ll join a fast-growing, internationally recognized organization committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. **The Role** As an **Account Manager**, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with OEM customers and distributors across Europe. This role combines strategic account management with strong commercial acumen, aiming to maximize revenue and profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM customers and distributors across the European market.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling activities to increase account profitability and product penetration.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts,



ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and added value to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and strategic account plans.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits across Europe. **Requirements**: - Professional background in the precision farming or hydraulic components industry is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
- Proven experience managing OEM accounts and/or distributor networks.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
