Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.Organize and coordinate the Group's monthly management consolidation closing process;Develop a thorough understanding of and provide clear explanations to senior management regarding balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow dynamics;Prepare, together with the direct manager, Board of Directors presentation materials and supporting documentation, and actively participate in discussions with the CEO and CFO;Produce the monthly reporting package,
including detailed analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions;Manage and further develop the Group reporting and management consolidation platform (Tagetik);Proactively contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects;Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering;At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A;Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes;Experience in management consolidation activities;Excellent written and spoken English;Strong knowledge of SAP;Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;Experience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and business intelligence systems.Our OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 55.200, in line with experience.
