**EIV** EIV is the only advisory company dedicated to online marketplaces. We help founders raise growth capital from VCs and PE growth funds, for rounds of $20M-$200M. We also run sale processes for Founders / leading shareholders when it’s time to exit, and we advise Private Equity on the largest buy side transactions such as AutoScout24, Idealista and Adevinta. **The Role** EIV is growing the team by recruiting an intern. Key tasks include: - Researching new capital raising clients
- Writing pitch decks for our clients
- Financial modelling and analysis of marketplace unit economics and KPIs
- Managing outreach to founders and investors
- Helping to market EIV to potential clients and investors such as by writing, short insightful articles on marketplaces and how AI is transforming them
- A completed Masters degree in Finance, or Business weighted towards Finance
- Strong research and analytical skills




- Strong excel and powerpoint skills and their AI equivalents
- An early adopter with respect to productivity enhancing AI tools, such as to automate investor outreach and follow up
- Completely fluent in spoken and written English (native speaker / bilingual)
- A highly resilient self-starter, motivated to deliver excellence and able to work with mínimal supervision. **Terms & Conditions** Compensation will consist of a base salary and a discretionary premio. The level of the bonus will depend 100% upon the intern’s personal output, according to a set of pre-agreed quantitative and qualitative criteria. **Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
