Your key responsibilities will include: - Delegate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring food and service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer feedback promptly, escalating issues to senior management when needed
- Support initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience
- Monitor and control costs while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Lead daily briefings, conduct training sessions, and provide regular feedback to develop and motivate the team **What We Look For**
