**About the Role**
Within the headquarter global Human Resources function, we are selecting a fresh graduate for a 6-month internship who will join Organization & HR Digital team. The aim of the internship is to focus on the Human Resources corporate function, with particular attention to HR digital tools and processes. The intern will:
- Ensure the accuracy of all the Group's information through the updating of the HR Master Data.
- Provide training and support on data interpretation for Coesia Group in order to ensure the correct implementation of tools.
- Participate in reporting activities through data analysis and interpretation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR processes and IT solutions supporting project management activities. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master's degree in Economics / Management / Statistics or Political Science are preferred.
- Be Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and Power Point). Power BI would be considered as a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation.
- Be a team player with excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work according to assigned priorities. Job Reference: CGS13065
