Key account manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager, for direct sales, who will be focalized on maximizing the performance of a portfolio of prospect and user named Accounts in line with agreed strategies and business objectives and through strengthening business relationship with the named Accounts.

Skills required: Minum 3/5 years of experience in the role. Degree in scientific discipline would be appreciated. Fluency in Italian and English - written and verbal, any other major european language is an advantage.

What we offer: Permanent Contract The position is classified at level Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011. The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 50.000 and 55.000 euros. The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company's organizational context,



the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.

The offer position also include access to a variable compensation component of up to 15.000 euros, based on the terms and conditions set out in the applicable company incentive scheme. Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
