- Perform engineering activities related to planning, design, installation and structural reliability of rail system projects.
- Manage R&D; initiatives and European research programs.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.



**Required Skills/ Knowledge**
- Previous experience as **System Engineer**.
- Competence in traction engineering.
- Ability to write clear and structured technical reports.
- Experience managing research projects involving external partners.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with general supervision.
- Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to explain technical concepts and practices clearly. **Education/Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. **Languages**
