JUNIOR FINANCE ANALYST - CONTROLLER

Location: Vimercate (MB), Italia

Reporting Line: Finance Manager

Education

- bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics

Languages
- Fluent in English

Experience – 1–2 years of experience in controlling/accounting activities, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or industrial group Compensation – Salary range €30.000 - €35.000 Gross/Year

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE

We are seeking for a Junior Finance analyst – controller to join our Finance team based in Italy. The ideal candidate will act proactively supporting the Finance team transversely either in controlling or accounting activities when needed, contributing to the accuracy and consistency of the data to be submitted to the senior leadership.

ACTIVITIES

- Collect, elaborate and analyze economic and financial data
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis




- KPI/economic performance monitoring
- Liaise with other departments for data collection
- Support book keeping activities when needed
- Contribute to the accuracy and timekeeping of the month-end/year-end financial data

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
- 1–2 years of experience in controlling/accounting activities, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or industrial group
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are a plus
- SAP tool knowledge will be a plus

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

- Strong analytical skills and attentions to detail
- Mindset of continuous improvement and ability to work to tight deadlines
