IT & Facilities Maintenance Technician (English & Italian) **Location**: Rome, Italy
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: €44,000 - €55,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced **IT & Facilities Maintenance Technician** to support the daily operation of our IT infrastructure, technical systems, and facilities. Main Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for computers, printers, mobile devices, networks, and Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support and maintain CCTV, access-control, and other security-related systems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance and technical works.
- Obtain quotations from multiple companies and evaluate proposals based on quality, reliability, service standards, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed according to agreed specifications and timelines.
- Maintain records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
- Assist with office improvements, installations, and technical projects as required.



**Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, facilities maintenance, technical operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and general IT infrastructure.
- Experience with CCTV, access-control systems, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, reliable, and service-oriented approach. Essential Requirement
- Obtaining and comparing quotations from multiple vendors.
- Identifying reputable and qualified companies for technical and maintenance works.
- Evaluating offers to ensure the best balance of quality, reliability, and cost.
- Following up with contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of works.
- Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with external service providers. Language Requirements Fluency in all of the following languages is mandatory: - English
- Italian
- Arabic (not mandatory) Both written and spoken proficiency are required. How to Apply Pay: €40,000.00 - €55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
