DHL Supply Chain is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Country IT team and support the design and implementation of standardized logistics applications across our operations.What You'll DoAs an IT Business Analyst,



you will:Analyze customer and operational requirements and translate them into effective IT solutionsGuide stakeholders toward standardized best practices and identify improvement opportunitiesPerform FIT/GAP analyses between business needs and available IT productsSupport solution design, documentation, testing, and go‐live activitiesCollaborate closely with Solution Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure successful deliveryRequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)Experience in logistics processes and related IT applicationsStrong background in business analysis and project deliveryStrong Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder) SQL, Python, Power BI Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear IT requirementsSalary Range: 35.000 - 40.000Job SummaryJob number: AV-326823
