IT Business Partner (Infrastructure & Networks)

€72,000 + 25% Premio & other benefits

Travel to sites & to their office will be needed 4 days a week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a leading organisation investing in its infrastructure, networks and end-user technology.

You will act as the key link between operational teams and IT, taking ownership of technology requirements and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure, network and end-user computing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

- Partner with operational and technology teams to understand business needs, identify technology gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure, network and end-user computing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders,



ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the successful implementation of new systems and technology into business-as-usual operations.
- Maintain clear documentation covering project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies.

What they are looking for:

- Previous experience in an IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager or similar technology-focused role.
- Project delivery experience, ideally across infrastructure, networks or end-user computing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent English language skills; fluency in Italian or another European language would be highly advantageous.
